CNTC organizers met with Ben Taylor and Brenda McCoy-Manfredo of CRC/NPower, to discuss shared goals and ways to help one another.  This is a summary of our notes from that meeting...CRC/NPower Goals

• Provide consulting, training, support and managed services for NPOs in Colorado
• Host annual Rural Philanthropy days, to connect orgs and resources in rural areas
• Refer most technical training to T4T, help with some high-level training there (e.g., tech planning)
• Step up marketing effort in 2009

CNTC Goals

• Connecting folks who work with NPO technology and communications
• Hosting monthly meetups, part social and part learning topic
• Connecting with groups like CRC, T4T, C3 this year to support their work

CRC/NPower Can Help

• Help promote CNTC events (e.g., in email newsletter and/or on website)

CNTC Can Help

• Compile list of Colorado technology and communications service providers for NPOs, publish and get it to CRC
• Connect with Ben at NTEN conference in April, to continue the discussion
• Provide list of upcoming CNTC meetups to CRC
• Connect with C3, for similar meeting in the next couple of months
